I would like to draw the kind attention of HRMS team that
the income of any pensioner of 60 years but below 80 years will get tax exemption limit upto Rs2,50,000.00 for the coming financial year instead of Rs1,60,000.00. Would you kindly update the pensioner the self service so that in pension slip from APRIL 2011 onwards the column ‘tax on total income’ should be nil till the amount does not exceed Rs 2,50,000.00. please look after the matter and we havehigh regard & faith in you.

I am a newly recruited “Assistant” on probation at SBI, CB, Kolkata. Last week, I attended an induction training programme at SBI Learning Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata. There I was given a CD, which, inter alia, cautions that it is mandatory for probationary new entrants to learn certain e-courses through the SBI HRMS portal. The procedure for logging in to this portal is to use an ‘User ID’ = my PF Index No. (not to be divulged publicly, as is being done in this site) and a given default ‘password’, to be used first time and then changed. However, when I tried this procedure from my Home PC at the stipulated HRMS site yesterday, I find the screen telling me “authentication failed”, and a warning that this site is meant for ‘authorised’ persons for ‘authorised’ purposes.

I tried opening the Learning Centre website specified in the training CD, but that also did not open. My interest right now is to pick up circulars and manuals-cum-knowledge on various aspects involving the specific work I am entruste with now, through SBI HRMS. Can anyone help, please? By the way, is this site meant only for ‘Award Staff’?

This submission is being made through my Home PC by a family member, with the material having been pre-writen by me. Right now, I am at office.

The screen showing the USER ID and PASSWORD is not being opened from my PC or from any other PC in the browsing centre. How can I register my rerquest not to recover TDS from my pension from SBI. Help me
