I had an ID in hrms portal. But presently the portal is not opening nor, the id and pw is valid. Request of reset has been done in many occasios and also sent fax requesting to reset but in fuital.
Can anyone help in this regard!

Every award staff is eager to get their medical bill and other bills etc. Some other alternate can be found out to sppedy sanction rather than looking at the system for login into HRMS portal. My cell: 9443667468
though sbi is a premier financial institution in india,when comes to technology it is the worst.almost all net working software associated with sbi are malfunctioning.either they are not connecting or breaking halfway.

why is the simple process of login complicated by so many extraneous items and unrelated ads and unwanted information? an sbi employee only wants to login to sbihrms portal and enter his/her salary/tax deductions/reimb particulars which essentially have to be done by himself/herself alone .BUT this is not possible and he/she is lost in a maze which only consumes time and leaves the employee totally frustrated and with March 2010 deadlines he is not able to concentrate on his work with this nagging worry at the back of his mind .

dispite various efforts I am not able to open hrms portal on my PC.
please look into the matter and devise some easier way of operation
of the site as the pensioners are not well versed with computer use
and are not able to extract requisit information about their pension.

I am a newly recruited “Assistant” on probation at SBI, CB, Kolkata. Last week, I attended an induction training programme at SBI Learning Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata. There I was given a CD, which, inter alia, cautions that it is mandatory for probationary new entrants to learn certain e-courses through the SBI HRMS portal. The procedure for logging in to this portal is to use an ‘User ID’ = my PF Index No. (not to be divulged publicly, as is being done in this site) and a given default ‘password’, to be used first time and then changed. However, when I tried this procedure from my Home PC at the stipulated HRMS site yesterday, I find the screen telling me “authentication failed”, and a warning that this site is meant for ‘authorised’ persons for ‘authorised’ purposes.
I tried opening the Learning Centre website specified in the training CD, but that also did not open. My interest right now is to pick up circulars and manuals-cum-knowledge on various aspects involving the specific work I am entruste with now, through SBI HRMS. Can anyone help, please? By the way, is this site meant only for ‘Award Staff’?
This submission is being made through my Home PC by a family member, with the material having been pre-writen by me. Right now, I am at office.

I would like to draw the kind attention of HRMS team that
the income of any pensioner of 60 years but below 80 years will get tax exemption limit upto Rs2,50,000.00 for the coming financial year instead of Rs1,60,000.00. Would you kindly update the pensioner the self service so that in pension slip from APRIL 2011 onwards the column ‘tax on total income’ should be nil till the amount does not exceed Rs 2,50,000.00. please look after the matter and we havehigh regard & faith in you.
