First you have to join Orkut if you want to Create Orkut Community. If you are not member of Orkut then read How to Create Orkut Account.
After logging in to Orkut you will see link “Communities” at top. Click on it and you will see communities you have joined with categories of all Orkut communites at right if you want to join them. At right down side, below categories you will see link “create”, click on it to make your own community.
Now fill captcha to continue. Fill details of community and invite your friends to join.
