She said that her look in movie is very de-glamourised. She reached on set with make-up on first day and then Madhur Bhandarkar asked her to get the make-up off. She revealed this in an interview.The actress revealed that she finally put on only kajal and mascara as Madhur wanted a completely natural look.

She divulged that her personal stylist Deepti Mhatre did her styling for ‘Jail’. Godse started off with her and she gave Godse all her outfits for the movie, which were plain, simple and yet elegant.
