Cellone Bill Payment Online

Now you can make your Cellone bill payment online. You don’t need to go BSNL office and stand in queue to pay bills. You need to register for online bill payment. You can register on home page. This account will allow you to add any number of telephones in one account.

After creating account, you need to log in. After logging in click on ‘INDIVIDUAL BILL PAYMENTS’. Then, click ‘VIEW OUTSTANDING BILLS’ to view telephone bills yet to be paid. You have to select circle or state where you belong and then details of your phone bill(s) including the phone number, bill number and amount to be paid, will be displayed.

You can view detailed bill information by clicking on a particular bill number. Your Personal Information, Bill Details, and Bill Amount Details are displayed. Currently, payment can be made through UTI or HDFC banks. Select the bank in which you have your Net Banking facility. Arrangements are being made to offer this facility through some more banks.

Once you select the bank, you will be redirected to the online payment portal of that bank. Enter the username and password of your Internet bank account. Click ‘ENTER’ to make the payment. Once the payment is made successfully, a receipt will be generated and you will be redirected to the BSNL portal. You can print the receipt, if you have a printer connection, and save it for future reference. At present, this facility is available only to the BSNL b-Phone subscribers in Hyderabad Telecom District.

You can also view the full bill by clicking ‘FULL BILL’ link against each ‘BILL NUMBER’. Currently, you have to pay the entire bill amount if you are making the payment online. Arrangements are being made to allow individual customers to make part-payments also.
